Are You Being Triggered?
Many of us are being triggered by recent events and by the global situation.
There is much fear, chaos, uncertainty and division.
Perhaps you hold the cellular memory of other lifetimes that were similar to this one. Or you might have experienced similar situations in this life.
It isn’t important to remember what happened; it is only important to feel the feelings that are coming up. As you allow yourself to feel these feelings, they can uplift.
No matter what is happening outside of you, there is always peace and love inside of you. You don’t always feel this because these other energies are at the surface and want your attention.
Many of us were taught as children that it wasn’t safe to feel or express our feelings. We weren’t allowed to be our authentic, true selves.
If you find yourself in fear, anger, guilt or judgment, start by taking some slow deep breaths. Then give yourself permission to feel these feelings. They’re not good or bad; they’re just energies from the past that aren’t serving you anymore.
As these energies uplift, you start feeling the connectedness to yourself; the love and light that you truly are.
The best way to change the world situation is to work on yourself. Be connected to your body, allow yourself to feel whatever you feel, and let go.
The vibration of the earth is shifting and your light has a major impact on it. The more light you have inside yourself, the more light goes out into the universe and is available to anyone who is ready to connect with it. It also helps Mother Earth and can help raise her vibration as well.
Together, we can all make a big difference and help ourselves, as well as our planet.
